Is the prototype really free?

Yes. We create an initial prototype of your website completely free of charge. There is no upfront payment and we don’t ask for card details. It is our way of showing you what we can do before you decide anything.

Am I committed to anything?

No. The prototype comes with no obligation and no pressure. If it isn’t right for you, you simply walk away and there is nothing to pay.

What happens after the prototype?

If you like what you see, you choose the package that suits your business. We confirm exactly what is included, build your full website, give you two rounds of feedback to fine-tune it, and then put it live.

What are the two feedback rounds?

You get two opportunities to review your website and tell us what you’d like changed before it goes live. Normal refinements include wording, photos, colours, prices, contact details and small design changes. Major redesigns, or extra functionality outside the agreed package, may need an additional quote.

What is a CMS?

CMS stands for Content Management System. In simple terms, it means you can make changes to your website yourself, such as prices, services, photos, opening hours, offers and text, without needing a web developer every time. You can update it yourself, or leave it to us.

Which package do you recommend?

For most small businesses we recommend Business & CMS at £395. It gives you a complete website with more pages, galleries, reviews, Google Maps, extra work on Google visibility and the option to update it yourself. If you need bookings or an online shop, choose Booking or E-Commerce instead.

Can customers book online?

Yes. Our Booking package (£595) lets customers choose a service and time, receive automatic confirmations and book from their phone. Appointments can link to your calendar. Booking or payment provider charges may apply.

Can I sell products online?

Yes. Our E-Commerce package (£895) includes an online shop, product pages, a shopping basket, secure checkout, online payments and order management. Payment provider or platform charges may apply.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Online payments are included in our E-Commerce package. If you need to take payments or deposits for bookings, we can discuss the options available with your booking provider. Provider charges may apply.

Can you help with Google visibility?

Yes. Every website is built with the foundations Google looks for: fast loading, mobile-friendly design, clear page structure and the right information about your business. Our Business & CMS package includes extra work to improve visibility and connects your website with Google. No one can honestly guarantee rankings or page-one results, so we never promise them.

Can you make changes after launch?

Yes. Our Hosting & Care service (£100 per year) includes small website updates, as well as hosting, security, backups and business email. If you have a CMS website you can also update your own content whenever you like. Larger changes or new features can be quoted separately.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes. If you have an app idea, we’re happy to talk it through, explain the options and give you a quote based on what you actually need. App projects are priced according to requirements.

Can you automate business tasks?

Yes. We can help automate repetitive tasks such as handling enquiries, sending reminders and confirmations, moving information between systems and creating routine documents. Automation projects are priced according to requirements.
